Accessing Support Services

North Carolina provides support services through state-wide organizations called MCOs (Managed Care Organizations). Depending on your location within North Carolina, and Medicaid eligibility, you would be served by a MCO in your area.

    PERSONAL CARE

  • Personal Care supports an individual's daily needs, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation and eating, and other central activities that support their sense of happiness and well-being. Care givers may also provide various housekeeping services in support of the individual's living areas.

    Coming home to a clean, orderly environment and a happy loved one can be a tremendous benefit to the family and individual recipient alike.
